I am enjoying a healthy breakfast every morning. I have been doing this for about six months now and am really delighted to realize the benefits of lots more energy everyday! I love it!!!
I want to share my smoothie recipe with you, most of the ingredients are organic.
1. handful of spinach
2. 2 tablespoons of coconut milk (canned & not reduced fat)
3. ½ of a small raw beet, chopped
4. 8oz. of water
5. scoop of protein powder
6. ½ cup of mixed frozen berries
Blend until smooth.
Sometimes I add to my breakfast a semi-hard boiled free-range, farm egg for a real treat. This is the best!
